SADRAK KATRINA

Dr. Katrina Sadrak’s work is a balance of the ancient and the ultimate.  She studied history of art, medieval symbolism and alchemy of colour. She is exploring images of the Universe using traditional oil painting techniques. 

„I was born with a curious mind.  Embracing this has allowed me to stand in front of some very interesting people and places. I have always experienced the world in a unique way; having an attitude of openness, letting go of all preconceptions, in order to see the World as if for the very first time… with a sense of wonder.  This world, as I see it, from the small to the large, from the mundane to the majestic, is a beautiful place. That feeling as I pass through it, that sense of wonder itself, is what I paint to allow others to experience the same.”
